I found this fan made Gundam Extreme Vs Full Boost game and it looks pretty well but not as well as PS3 Version will be but still its Free. it includes some new mobile suits, new game modes, and the ability to change pilots.

New Mobile suits include

How to install and Run

1. download all files ExVS mod.rar.001- ExVs mod.rar.013
2. open file joiner and add all .# files and join
3. Extract it with with Winrar to C:\Program Files (x86) or C:\Program Files for 32 Bit
4. if you are using Windows 7 then open -standalone UKWXP registry files(win7).rar with WinRar and extract it to the Etreme versus folder
5. double click all the .reg files and say yes to windows pop ups
6. Run Extreme vs.exe and tick the ready box and start game

a 128mb video card (the best, the better, yes the engine is badly optimized)

Known Bugs

For Mobile Suit with Funnels/Dragoons/Fins/Fangs, try not to die while they are attacking your opponent.

there is a permanent bug of the game crashing whenever you die while your Funnels are released.

How to Use a PS3 Controller in the game

1. Enable PS3 Controller with DS3 tool set it to PS3 Controller
2.go to Options then scroll all the to the bottom and set Axis Rz, Axis Slider, and Axis Dial to NONE (or else to will have very responsive tilt motion) then save changes then go to profiles and enable
3. Download and when you its finsihed open the exe files and extract it to desktop or Program files location. when you first start up right click and select proprieties and go to the compatibly and tick run the program in compatibly mode for and slecect the default which is  Windows XP (Service Pack 3). Then run the exe file selct yes, my documents or folder (doesn't matter) AND CHOOSE DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH WINDOWS (If enable use you controller as a mouse)
4. downlaoad then go to file-open and open my profile if blank here is my button layout
5. save and run settings.exe and go to control settings and se controls corresponding to the xpadder (ex: Thurster is the X button but type in K)
6.  Conform, Save ,run the game

NOTES:

You must use the keyboard to scroll through the menus

Some controls are missing (CPU commands and EX burst)

If you notice the game is unrespnsive wait a while it respond in 30 seconds

Go to settings to match your PC specs and adjust the volume because it has no sounds when you first boot up

This game does have online but very few players
